These Terms of Service (we’ll call them “Terms” for short) are the rulebook for using our website, placing orders, and basically hanging out in our digital home at brothersandsistersshop.com.

Brothers and Sisters Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a family-run online store based in the U.S. We sell clothing, accessories, home goods, and whatever else makes life a little cozier. Our full legal name and address are available on request (just email us).

2. Your Account

  • You might need an account to shop. Keep your password safe—you’re responsible for anything that happens under your login.
  • Gotta be 13 or older to use our site. If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian to supervise (and maybe pay).
  • Lie about your age or info? We can suspend or delete your account. No warnings.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Placing an order = you’re offering to buy. We accept when we ship (or say “yep” in an email).
  • Prices are in USD, include taxes where we collect them, and can change without notice (but not after you’ve checked out).
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and maybe a few others—see checkout for the latest.
  • Out of stock? We’ll refund or offer a swap. Your call.

4. Shipping & Returns

5. Intellectual Property (The “Don’t Steal Our Stuff” Clause)

  • Everything on the site—photos, text, designs, logos, that cute product copy—is ours (or licensed to us).
  • You can’t copy, reproduce, sell, or remix it without written permission. (But feel free to screenshot your cart for your BFF.)

6. User Content

  • Post a review, photo, or comment? You’re giving us a forever, royalty-free license to use it on our site, socials, or ads. (We’ll credit you if you want!)
  • Keep it clean: no hate, spam, nudity, or illegal stuff. We can delete anything, anytime.

7. Prohibited Behavior

Don’t be that person. No:

  • Hacking, phishing, or messing with our site.
  • Fake orders, coupon abuse, or reselling our stuff as your own.
  • Using bots to snag limited drops (we see you).
  • Harassing our team or other customers.

Break these rules? We’ll block you, cancel orders, and maybe even tell your mom.

8. Accuracy & Availability

  • We try super hard to keep product info accurate (colors, sizes, etc.), but screens vary and humans make typos.
  • Sold out = sold out. We’re not liable if something’s unavailable after you order (but we’ll refund fast).

We might link to other sites (Instagram shops, blogs, etc.). We’re not responsible for their content, privacy, or if they eat your data. Click at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We’re not perfect. If something goes wrong (site crash, wrong size shipped), we’ll fix it or refund you.
  • But we’re not liable for indirect damages—like lost profits, emotional distress, or your dog eating the package.
  • Our max liability = the amount you paid us for the order in question.

11. Indemnification

If you do something naughty that gets us sued (like posting copyrighted images in a review), you agree to cover our legal fees and damages. Pinky swear.

12. Governing Law
