So we move as fast as we can to get your goodies out the door and on their way to you. Here’s the real-deal scoop on how shipping works at Brothers and Sisters Shop.

Where We Ship

  • U.S. orders: All 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
  • International: Yep, we ship worldwide! Canada, UK, EU, Australia… you name it. (Customs fees? More on that below.)

Processing Time (When We Pack Your Box)

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after you hit “Place Order.”
  • Pre-orders or custom items? We’ll shout it out on the product page—usually 5–10 business days.
  • Weekends & holidays don’t count—sorry, we love brunch too.

  • Spend $75 or more in the U.S.? Shipping’s on us (Standard only).
  • Promo codes for free shipping? We’ll honor the better deal—just one per order.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your label’s printed, you’ll get a tracking number in your email.
  • Click it, stalk it, refresh it—we won’t judge.
  • Lost in transit? Hit us up within 30 days of shipment and we’ll sleuth it out.

International Orders (The Fine Print)

  • You’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. (Think of it as your package’s passport stamp.)
  • We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to Canada, UK, EU, and Australia—meaning we cover duties at checkout so no surprise bills.
  • Everywhere else? DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)—you might get a love note from your local customs office.
  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier mood swings.

PO Boxes, Military Addresses, & Rural Spots

  • We’ve got you! USPS is our go-to for these. Just allow an extra day or two.

“Where’s My Stuff?” (FAQs)

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering? A: If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes—email support@brothersandsistersshop.com ASAP. Once it’s out, we can’t redirect.

Q: My tracking says “delivered” but… nothing? A: Check neighbors, porches, or that sneaky spot behind the planter. Still MIA? Contact us within 7 days—we’ll file a claim.

Q: Can I combine orders? A: If both are still in processing, we’ll merge them and refund any extra shipping. Just reply to your order confirmation.
